Systems
Any systems, components, software, or technology that will support Skyryse missions must be developed with the most rigorous processes to ensure they are certifiable by regulatory agencies and are safe to operate. As a member of this team, you would lead the charge on developing certifiable flight automation technologies and cost-efficient processes for the Urban Commercial Aviation industry.
Testing
The Test Team at Skyryse is responsible for supporting the process from preliminary system integration through formal verification for FAA certification, specifically testing the mechanical actuators, flight control computers, avionics, and displays. As a member of this team, you'd be developing and running the Systems Integration Lab and managing internal and external test facilities to meet the Certification Plan via DO-160 environmental testing standards. The team is also responsible for providing feedback to the engineering design teams and product management teams based on test findings, as well as simulating failures and testing system response.
Programs
The Program Management Team is critical to the successful execution of our programs, ensuring customer requirements are achieved on time and within budget. As a member of this team, you'd be a customer advocate and provide strategic guidance to various teams, ensuring key objectives are realized. The Program Management team is also a steward for our company culture, rallying the company around our mission of making aviation more accessible for everyone.

The People team at Skyryse is made up of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations. They are a driving force in building high performing teams that contribute to our mission of bringing aviation fatalities to nearly zero.
